How Tile Cleaning and Grout Cleaning in Summerlin Works

When you initially contact the tile and grout cleaning service, a set of fundamental questions will be posed either over the phone or via text.

  1. What type of tile do you have? The most common options include ceramic, porcelain, and travertine.

  2. What is the approximate square footage of your flooring? Many people may not have this information readily available, but it’s not necessary, as a walkthrough will be conducted before the first appointment.

  3. Is the house a one-story or two-story? In Las Vegas, NV, it’s often a 50/50 split.

What is the purpose of your call for a grout cleaning service? Buying a new home? Tired of being on hands and knees. Black grout! (Most common answers)

An estimate is given first either by phone or in person. Work is preferred on the same day to make our lives a lot easier.

Tile and Grout Cleaning Business Reviews

Michael provided a complimentary consultation and provided me with a quote for stripping the sealant and subsequently cleaning the grout. Initially, I was taken aback by the cost, but upon comparing him to other service providers, it became evident that he is significantly more qualified and stands behind his work with a guarantee. Michael is not only friendly but also willing to assist in any way he can. – Richa P., Yelp

If it were possible, I’d give it 6 stars. I contacted Michael, and he met with me the very next day. We discussed the job and discovered that we both hail from Maryland. Remarkably, he managed to perform the tile cleaning on the same day we listed the house for sale that weekend. The tiles now gleam like new money – a testament to his expertise. Thank you, Michael, for your efficiency and the high quality of your work. While we won’t be using your services again due to an impending move, I highly recommend others to call this man for their tile cleaning needs – I assure you won’t be disappointed. – James C., Yelp

Michael Marcus and Las Vegas Tile & Grout Cleaning are unequivocally the finest in the city. Faced with a significant time constraint and only one day to complete the job, I reached out on a Friday afternoon. Michael promptly answered the phone, assuring me, “No problem,” and scheduled a visit for Saturday morning. Michael executed an outstanding job at a reasonable price. I highly endorse Michael Marcus and Las Vegas Tile & Grout to anyone seeking a job done thoroughly and professionally. They truly rescued me from a tight spot – thanks again! – Michael T., Yelp
