The Best Grout Sealer – Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning
Searching for the best grout sealer in Las Vegas is understandable. Choosing the right sealer for the job is sometimes greater than the job itself. Hiring a professional tile and grout sealing service to preserve your brand-new tile and grout makes life easier knowing you are applying the proper product. Repel and bead grease and grime on your tile flooring preventing discoloration in your grout lines.
Some of my clients prefer to have an annual grout sealing. However, some of my clients prefer to have it bi-annually and sometimes monthly, especially in industrial zones where there is heavy traffic to bathrooms and passageways! With that said, the type of tiles is a major concern for them and the grout sealer is another one, which one to choose, which one is the best, “why that one and not this one?”
These are all legitimate concerns that I sense my clients have but are afraid to ask. In fact, the tile and grout sealer is always a variable, what worked for one client will not function for the next. Thus I am always testing and experimenting with my clients. That is my little secret; I treat each customer according to his or her needs. No two customers are the same. No two tiles are identical.
It is also my most productive approach because I know from experience what works and what will not and in what situation. Manufacturers will tell us that their product is the best product ever made, but I can’t depend on their words alone (sorry, guys!) I have to see it for myself.
You are maybe wondering how did I try all of them. Fair enough. I have been in business for 20 years, and I have spent most of my career testing and working in the field. As dull as it sounds, I am crazy about grout cleaning and sealing, and this article is born out of my decade-long experience in the home improvement industry.
However, this long introduction was necessary to put things in perspective! Throughout my career, I tried various grout sealers like Miracle Sealer and Aqua Mix, all of them were good in that they accomplished what they claimed to do, okay, okay, there were a few exceptions, but you get the picture. For now, my vote for the best grout sealer goes to StonePro Heavy Duty Sealer. It is indeed the best “heavy-duty” grout sealer I have used in a long time, and I rely on it to get the job done. From first-hand experience, I have seen how tough it is for almost all types of stains, but gentle on the stone. It also gives an effortless brilliant look to the shower area. And is definitely the best grout sealer for shower stalls hands down!
StonePro is the Best Grout Sealer you can buy!
Moreover, this is an industry-grade grout sealer that has a water-based formula that is 10x better than the soluble solution that does more harm than good. I have also used it internally and externally with no problems at all. Not only do they work on showers, but also on countertops, floors, and walls. Another thing I love about Stonetech products is the thorough penetration they provide. I found it also to work on different types of stones with similarly stellar results. From marble and granite to flagstone and quartzite. Please give me a call if you have the kind of tile that needs special attention.
In most cases, StonePro Heavy Duty Sealer is more than enough for a complete grout sealing mission.
An important rule to remember is that the best grout sealer no matter how “perfect” will not keep clean surfaces. It just makes the cleaning process easier. When you install new materials be it porcelain, ceramic, travertine, or whatever, sealing the grout is a necessity. Also, grout sealing will be of paramount importance after performing tile and grout cleaning at full service.
As you already know, most of my clients prefer to do it on a yearly basis. Some customers in Las Vegas prefer to do it semi-annually just for the sake of preventive maintenance. Why does grout get dirty in the first place? Human use contributions include dirty hands, bare feet, wrong use of chemicals, and so on and so forth.
I just want to leave you with one final thought. Did you know that the average American spends more time in the kitchen than in any area in the house?

Hello. I just bought an 1800sf home in Cadence in Henderson. We have the entire downstairs area and powder room done in 6”x36” wood grain tile and the 2 upstairs bathrooms and laundry area have 17”x17” ceramic tile. We also have granite countertops that need to be sealed, and possibly the quartz in the bathrooms. We would need it done the morning of August 8th before we move in. Would you be able to do the job, and if so, how much would you charge? The house is the Boxwood by Richmond American. There is a floor plan that lists the square footage at https://www.richmondamerican.com/nevada/las-vegas-new-homes/henderson/allegro-at-cadence/boxwood
Thank you!
