When I started my professional service, I quickly realized that obtaining reviews for tile and grout cleaning was the best way to showcase my skills to others. I have received both positive and negative reviews from various sources.
Yelp Tile and Grout Cleaning Reviews I Love the Most
I am listed on review websites such as Yelp, Angie’s List, Judy’s Book, Square, and City Search. The review service I have actively advertised on and had great success with is Yelp.
I have received over 50 genuine reviews on Yelp, with 38 of them being displayed. Most of the reviewers are very positive about their experience with me, but there are a few who did not have a great experience for some reason. I have tried to address and resolve the issues, but it seems that some people are determined to portray me in a negative light. The majority of the reviews are 5-star ratings, but there are around 3 that are not so positive.
It’s important to take any business review with a grain of salt, as it’s impossible to please everyone. I find it difficult to ask for tile and grout cleaning reviews for my business because I fear someone may not like the results. While it’s nice to receive positive feedback, I struggle with asking for reviews, as I worry it may come across as rude.

I operate an unconventional business in which I take the initial call, request an estimate, and complete the work on the same day. I enjoy accomplishing two tasks in one go. While most people appreciate this approach, some individuals insist on receiving an estimate despite my explanations over the phone.
Best Tile and Grout Cleaning Helper Rick
I have made a career out of doing almost all of the work myself. Yes, I have helpers, and good ones at that. My favorite, or should I say my best helper, is Rick. Rick is a superb worker and my best friend. We get along well, and I feel blessed to have him by my side. I am extremely confident when he is with me. He doesn’t let me cut corners, even if I tried. We make sure to get it done right, or we don’t take on the job.
When you hire me, you’ll find that I work with military-like precision to get the job done effectively and efficiently. We use high-end tile and grout cleaning tools, as well as professional grout cleaning machinery. For every job, I bring $100,000 worth of equipment and over 20 years of experience.
Both Rick and I are veterans. I served in the United States Navy, and Rick was in the United States Air Force. I’m also incredibly proud of my son, Jason, who has served in the Air Force as an Avionics E-4 since 2020. Recently re-enlisted!

If I could I’d give it 6 stars, Called Michael, and he met me the next day, talked about the job, and also found out we are both from Maryland, He did the tile cleaning the same day as we put the house up for sale that weekend. The tile shines like new money, this man knows his business! Thank you, Michael, for your efficiency and quality of the job. We would use you again, except planning on moving shortly. I called Friday afternoon and Michael picked up the phone and said ” No Problem” I will come out Saturday morning.
